I’m a Certified Public Accountant with a Master’s in Accounting from Auburn University. In December 2023, I founded Pure Profit Advisors with a clear mission: give commercial real estate operators the kind of financial partner most of them have never had.
Beyond the firm, I’m an active investor and operator myself — with direct, hands-on experience in self-storage and multifamily real estate. That means I’m not advising from a textbook. I understand what it feels like to sit on your side of the table: the decisions, the risk, the pressure to get the numbers right.
At Pure Profit Advisors, I only advise on strategies and practices I’ve put into practice in my own ventures. That means the advice you get is realistic, tested, and built for how CRE deals actually work — not generic guidance pulled from a tax code that doesn’t account for the way your business actually runs.
I work exclusively with commercial real estate operators — multifamily investors, developers, and property managers — so every conversation, every strategy, and every recommendation is built specifically around how your business operates, not adapted from a generalist practice.
